The five shown are typical for a manufacturer or distributor of durable goods. They include paperless storage of reports from your ERP system, HR tools, and a calendar function, among others.
You can easily configure the rest of the links to reflect the structure of your work flow or knowledge repositories		In this example, the main repositories are categorized according to both constituents (Vendors, Customers, etc.), and function (e.g., Warehouse/Inventory and Conversions).
The date on which a document was last updated appears at the bottom of the NAVbar.		In addition, users can subscribe to individual documents to receive automatic e-mail alerts when critical information changes.
