Enlighten.Net, Inc. announces email enabled folders in Net.DFM
Farmington, CT - 21 Sept 2010: Enlighten.Net, Inc. (ENI), a leading document management software provider announced today the release of an update to Net.DFM that allows PDF documents to be emailed directly into Net.DFM, its powerful document imaging solution.
By allowing outside contacts (vendors, customers, etc.) to email PDFs directly into Net.DFM, companies no longer have to rely on one person receiving those documents and distributing them accordingly. When coupled with our subscription feature, the appropriate personnel can be notified when documents arrive and process them accordingly. The documents are then stored in Net.DFM with all your other business documents - faxes, scanned documents, printed reports, etc.
