Net.DFM offers information security in two ways: First, it offers information access security. For every report type run, you have the ability to assign permission to access that report to specific users. For example, if you'd like only your managerial staff to have access to a certain type of financial report, such as month-end profit reports, you can assign permission to access those reports to only those people in management positions.Second, Net.DFM offers your business enhanced information security in the form of backed up report data. With Net.DFM, your files are stored electronically, which is not only a benefit in paperless terms, as mentioned previously, but also in terms of information backup, and the ability to preserve data in the face of disaster or loss.
Powerful Searching
The Net.DFM search engine goes above and beyond most search engines, providing not only flexibility in your search choices (search by word, phrase, etc.), but also a greater depth to your search. Instead of searching based only on preassigned document "catch phrases" or key words, the Net.DFM search engine searches your files (Reports, Faxes, scanned documents) on text level, reviewing every single word and phrase in every document, so that nothing is ever missed.Looking for a report containing the phrase "September Profit Margin"? The Net.DFM search engine will explore every one of your Net.DFM documents and return all results containing that phrase. Know that the amount "$19,730.00" appears on the report you're looking for?
