How It Works
When a fax arrives for someone in your company, they receive an email with the fax attached as a PDF file (or optionally as a link to the file). Now your employee can take action on the information in the fax immediately!
Behind the scenes, initially folders are created for departments (i.e. Inside Sales) and individual employees. When a fax arrives, a single-click in the management screen, distributes the faxes from the central repository to the appropriate person or department’s folder. This triggers an automatic notification to the recipient.
The fax stays in the Net.Fax repository and is fully searchable across all employee, department, and branch folders. You define by folder how long the fax is stored (days, weeks, months or years). Security can be assigned to each folder to keep sensitive information private. There’s no additional phone lines needed. Net.Fax can share the same phone line with your existing fax machine.
