Automatic notification of changes
Net.PageAlert, one of Enlighten.Net’s document management tools, allows you to subscribe to documents on your Enlighten.Net. How does it work? It’s simple:
You choose a document to subscribe to (this involves a few very simple steps totaling about 10 seconds). You can:
- Choose to subscribe to the document alone or the entire site the document is on.
- Select how often you want to be notified of changes to the document you’re subscribing to; you can choose between Immediately, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
(Once set up, your subscriptions are not set in stone—you can easily change your alert interval on any of your subscriptions at any time. You can also delete a subscription from your list.)
At your chosen interval, you will receive an e-mail regarding changes to documents/sites you have subscribed to. This e-mail will list those documents and sites that have had changes made to them since your last alert.
