Our customers say...

Enlighten.Net has been an excellent tool for us to improve communication. We know that all of our employees are seeing the same consistent information. Previously, we used a shared drive on our network but we were never sure people were getting the latest information and it became unwieldy and out of control. Now we know the information our employees are accessing is current, relevant and consistent.

     I just love it!

    Janine Maschino
    President of Information Technology
    Legacy Financial Bank

One of the major benefits [of Enlighten.Net] is that we can have all our documents in one central place. Right now, paperwork is all over the place—no one's ever sure which is the most recent version [of a document]. We are implementing a new standard, so that what goes up on Enlighten.Net is the most recent version [of that document].

IT is using it. HR is using it. We'll eventually roll it out to other employees...Customer Service, Business Analysis, and the Financial groups can use it for their SOPs and other information.

    Dennis Kosydar
    United Natural Foods Inc.

We like Enlighten.Net because it centralizes information.

We keep salesmen's reports on there; they can retrieve their information from home through a VPN.

            Mary Martin
            Operations Manager
            Air Hydro Power Inc.

We had no problem with installation. ...It was not difficult at all to establish home pages, get information on to Enlighten.Net, download it, or get it on to the workstations.

            Gene Rzepka
            Project Engineer
            Huntley Operations

Our existing tools were becoming very cumbersome in nature. There [were] too many emails and no process for tracking and capturing business-critical information in an easily accessible form. Furthermore, the shared drive was not effective in remote offices and most tools were not working consistently in these locations.

Enlighten.Net's Net.Reports has helped reduce the amount of paper used in [our] purchasing and accounting departments. The documents are easier to view.

In addition, you can copy and paste reports to other applications.

If you use it, the benefits will show.

            Manager, Information Systems
            Carolina Fluid Components

We post lots of information to Enlighten.Net, including price lists, employee lists, phone numbers and cell phone lists, quick links to D & B, links to UPS, FedEx, Airborne, costing sheets, I & M sheets, our conversion program, PowerPoint presentations that outside sales can just go in and download...

We're starting to set up customer links for the accounting department, with user names and passwords.

We're implementing a new process in which our sales department, especially outside sales, will use Net.Notes to follow projects, see who's quoting what, etc.

Your employees provide an excellent level of customer service.

Enlighten.Net provides a great central repository for bank information. Employees are able to access what they need without having to call or email a department and await a response. This definitely streamlines the communication process.

    Liz Bissell
    Marketing Manager
    Legacy Financial Bank

Enlighten.Net has saved [us] time and paper.

[We are currently developing it] as a place to store customer information—how they want things packed, etc.

            Jim Phipps
            Office Manager
            Minuteman Controls Co., Inc.

I couldn’t live without Enlighten.Net. It frees up my time by allowing employees direct access to the latest info about our policies, benefits, and company events. It also allows employees immediate access to their personal information (how much vacation time they have left, when their next review is, job history, etc.)

The result? Fewer phone calls to HR, more efficient communication, and happier employees.

Where possible, I link directly to forms on our providers' Web sites. For instance, we don’t scan in the W-4 federal tax form because it becomes obsolete once a year. Instead, we provide the link to www.irs.gov on our intranet so our employees get the latest version directly from the IRS.

We make electricity. A lot of our technology is used to measure how well the [energy-producing] units perform. We've been able to take all the tools to measure that performance—spreadsheets, etc.—and put them on an Enlighten.Net home page.

[We anticipate using Enlighten.Net as] a repository for engineering documents and diagrams—we have millions of them.

The big advantage is [not having to] print everything. [Use Enlighten.Net] to cut down on paper. [There's a] time savings in [eliminating] printing.

We post new information, vendor price lists, links to our vendors...so you don't have to remember everything: It's right there.
