Enlighten.Net sets a new standard in corporate intranets, offering a superior navigation system with a high degree of control.

All the content stored on your Enlighten.Net server is organized into a series of sites. Sites group related information so you and your colleagues can find it more easily. Each site can have a homepage that centrally organizes its underlying content.

The system comes with all the tools you need to establish your company's site structure. You can add, move, or remove links so that Enlighten.Net reflects the way your company works. We'll supply you with a ready-to-use template for you to build on (pictured at right)—or you can design the structure yourself from the ground up.

Most companies create separate sites for corporate policies and benefits, department or job functions, and individual users, at a minimum. Some add customer or vendor information, process documentation, product literature...the possibilities are endless.


Enlighten.Net's structure reflects the way your company works

   Integrated within your Web browser window is the NAVbar, Enlighten.Net's easy-to-use navigation bar (left side of picture at left). Each site has its own link on the navigation bar, keeping your company documents close at hand. Clicking on a link instantly directs you to the selected site...which can have its own sub-sites, if you like.

Navigation bar links also provide quick access to Enlighten.Net applications, your company's Web site, or other frequently used Internet resources.
