We are currently looking to fill the following positions.

The Customer Success Specialist is the first point of contact for customers using Esker on Demand and our document management solution, ENet Docs. This role is responsible for initial issue intake, triage, and resolution of common usage issues, as well as answering day-to-day functional questions across both solutions. The specialist provides support via phone, email, and chat; delivers remote training; creates and maintains customer-facing documentation and training resources; and communicates product updates to help customers be successful. This is a fully remote position.

The Tier‑1 Integration Support Specialist is the first point of contact for customers using Esker on
Demand integrated with Epicor ERPs (Eclipse, Prophet 21, and Kinetic). This role is responsible for
initial issue intake, triage, and resolution of common integration and usage issues, as well as
answering day‑to‑day functional questions about Esker on Demand.
