We are currently looking to fill the following positions.
Applications for all positions must be authorized to work in the US and preferably in one of our existing locations (Connecticut, North Carolina, Florida).
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our
clients. You will work closely with the 1st level support team to resolve complex technical issues and
ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring our service platform
and working with the infrastructure team to address any issues. This role requires exposure to Windows,
SQL Server, PowerShell, and AWS. Exposure to JavaScript and C# is a plus. This is a fully remote position.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Enlighten.Net, Inc. you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to support the growth of the sales pipeline. This role involves proactive outreach to prospective customers, nurturing leads through the early stages of the sales cycle, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for technology and solution selling.
